About Us
Top Flight Properties LLC is a full-service real estate company that is family oriented and ran. The company has been active since August of 1997 serving Volusia County and Northern Brevard County in Florida.
Prior to the inception of the entity Top Flight Properties, owner and founder Mrs. Sandy Bethune was an active Realtor in the 70’s, then in 1983 worked commercial and industrial sales. In 1993 she obtained her broker’s license, and in 1997 galvanizing the broad range of experience into the company which is still today, Top Flight Properties, LLC.
