The parking space assigned to this condo is the very first one as you exit the building into the garage (aka "rock star parking"). Island Crowne features underground parking, an oceanfront pool & spa as well as an indoor pool & spa (both are saltwater!), multiple saunas, a gym, a grill area overlooking the beach, an owner's lounge with a kitchen and a baby grand piano, and on-site management. Also, this building is dog friendly with no weight limit. And very people friendly. We will miss our neighbors terribly. Most furnishings can convey if desired.
