I am set up for entertaining with a breakfast bar looking from my well appointed kitchen to the living room & ocean. My appliances are older & have been loving cared for. I have a washer & dryer to keep your beach towels cleaned & dried. I am fitted w/hurricane shutters to keep you safe during storms & have just been upgraded w/a new electrical panel.

Supplements: There is storage galore in the oversized pantry/owner's closet. I have never been a rental & have been enjoyed & loved for many years. I also have a 1 car garage that will also hold beach chairs & toys. Take a break from the beach at the oceanfront pool or play a game of tennis w/your friends. We are a pet friendly building w/onsite management. I am a couple of blocks walking distance to Historic Flagler Ave where it all happens & enjoy restaurants, shopping & nightlife. There are several beach ramp where you can take a stroll, bike ride or drive your car on 8 miles of pristine hard packed sandy beach. I am a 30 min. drive to Daytona Beach & all of its racing/bike weeks fun & 1 hour & 30 mins from Orlando & its attractions. I am 1 hour from St Augustine to the north & Coco Beach/Cape Canaveral to the south. You can even watch the Rocket launches from my balcony. If you enjoy boating/fishing, we are known as one of the best in the world for both. With a boat ramp a couple of miles away you can be on the Intracoastal Waterway and the Ocean within minutes. I am told that units like me do not come available often so make an appointment to see me ASAP. I know you won't be disappointed.
